- YByeet boisOct 26, 20255.0kirk was genuinely such a kind and helpful employee today! we stopped in to get a piece of panelling cut down to fit an attic cover, and he offered to cut the piece down into two different sizes incase one didn't work. i measured incorrectly and brought the closer of the pieces back, and he offered to stay over his scheduled shift to help us cut it down to the correct size we needed. was nothing but kind and helpful in selecting the right piece and color! can't say enough good things about his customer service

Essentially I was trying to get a price match from best buy. She calls over the manager I think his name was Mike? Thin hair on top and beard. He said they cant do it and explained it in a way that didn't make sense. I knew he was blowing smoke since I have been shopping with Lowe's for close to 20 years. He said it has to match the local advertised rate. I showed him pictures and even the the receipt of the fridge I bought and returned. Instead he chose to be unprofessional and try to talk down to me. I went to the one in Xenia and they took care of me. This was about 3 weeks ago and I refused to go back to this location. I have also told my friends and family to avoid this location as well and just go to the one in Xenia.
