I spoke to Amanda and just got such great feedback from her and the pricing, information and advice she offered over the phone convinced me to go check out her facility. I went the next day to discuss pricing, see the unit and ask my questions. I’m soo glad i did as Amanda was delightful, knowledgeable and honest in her advice on what would work best for my needs. I checked out different sized units, chose what would fit my needs and signed on the dotted line. It was straightforward and made easy by Amanda, So far so good! Definitely recommend speaking with this manager!
- LALisa AFeb 20, 20261.0Amber is very rigid in her customer service and not customer first in how she operates. She will not try to help you or problem solve to help you but only go by the book. Don’t look help if she’s sitting at the desk or anyone calls her with questions. As she claims, her “small” facility cannot accommodate things so make sure you unload everything the same day before booking here even if they tell you otherwise beforehand. (The facility was a former K-mart). I cancelled my reservation before even going to my unit.
