It isnt just trying to be another version of HD anymore imo. They sort of have their own vibe, new inventory that I dont recall them having back in the day and lots of it. If you haven't been lately I suggest checking it out. I have spent more time there than at the competition whenever I do go. I guess its probably because they keep it interesting. Plus, for HVAC technicians like me & (I suppose) electricians, Lowe's is the new home of Klein tools! Whats not to love? Highly recommend!

Not 30 days like most places. 3 weeks later I have Samsung repair man replacing the motor, igniter and sensor! 3 WEEKS!!!! When I called Lowe’s the 48 hours was the first thing out their mouth! Didn’t even ask my name or anything. THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER AND THE WORST $800 I HAVE EVER SPENT.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
