  The RH team are so friendly, very honest, and never pushy, which makes for a comfortable shopping experience. There’s plenty of selection items, and new inventory to select from. The Prices for the most part are reasonable and worth the Drive from Cincinnati. Thank You for always assisting on loading and those extra time after hours. The entire RH team is fantastic.

  The manager was very rude on the phone. We purchased two accent chairs and had questions about our options since the size was not as expected. I’ve never had an experience like this in all my years of shopping. It’s disappointing that an employee would treat customers this way.”

  Staff are friendly, honest, and not pushy. There is a wide selection of items with new items showing up every Friday. The prices are still pretty high given that this is an outlet store, but I suppose you are starting a very high price point to begin with.
