The service and kindness shown by Edson, Ohron and Mary was beyond great. THANK YOU for your help, tips and help in making this purchase. Keep being awesome. The delivery people also should get credit for being on time and smooth in their delivery.

One hour after purchase I received a text with an installation date 3 weeks away! Called store managers (3 of them over 3 days) and finally received a reply stating they did have them in stock but couldn't help with the install date as it was determined by 3rd party installation firm. Called the 3rd party installation firm and was told they could install it 1-2 days after arrival in store. Called Lowes again and they confirmed the delay was a Lowes delay but couldn't explain the delay or help with the install date. Last purchase of any appliance from Lowes!!!

As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
