- SOSusan OlsonAug 12, 20255.0We use them every year for mulch. It's always top quality, and we appreciate that they use smaller trucks that don't damage our driveway or trees. This year, we also got stones (57s), which were exceptionally clean and consistent size. They always call the day before to confirm, and then again when the delivery is on its way. The drivers are always both friendly and skillful, dumping the materials exactly where we specify. Plus, they answer their phone and email! I've gotten email responses in less than 5 minutes, from someone who actually read and understood my message and had already taken steps to resolve it. TLDR: KB stands head and shoulders above the other options.
