Within a couple days, Extra Space provided me a lock, and a clean storage unit! My circumstances required me to rent for an extra month, and they made extending the rental very easy. At the end of the third month, I had the unit all cleared out, Teresa was very friendly and closed out my rental, and I even got to keep the lock!
