They will go out of their way to make sure all your questions are answered and you feel comfortable with your pool. Bart personally took us to view two pools they installed to compare color options. Once our fiberglass pool was delivered, we were swimming within 3 days (and our concrete was even poured within 5 days!). Bart really helps you out with teaching you about pool maintenance, which is really helpful as a first time pool owner. Recently we got a chip in our fiberglass pool (basketball hoop incident) and Bart called the manufacturer himself to address it for us. They really care! I couldn't be more pleased with the entire process. I highly recommend you talk with Serenity Pools if you are looking at getting a pool. You won't be disappointed.
