Either way the 3 keys I had cut all work flawlessly and honestly even better than the original key. Would definitely use this again when I need keys. It has an option to store your key pattern in their database in case you lose your keys, you can just go up to the kiosk and have them cut without a master key. I didn’t use it because I’m paranoid but thought it was neat lol
