- JTjosiah templetonNov 7, 20251.0I made an order made my initial payment. Was told they couldn’t deliver until the 18th. I asked if I could pick it up instead because It was my daughter’s furniture. Because I w as moving. When I filled out the information online I put my current address on and then I put my delivery address in. So I came to pick it up which i didn’t really want to do because I need my daughter’s furniture. Latoya their manager was not helpful in the least bit. They refused to let me pick it up which made no sense. They said I could pick it up if I was taking it to my old house but not to my new house I. Which it will be. I have never met people who were so un willing to help if I could zero stars I would. So their expectation is that I should just wait for weeks while paying for something I need and went out of my way took off work and got someone to help me.

I was amazed when I got the chance to speak with the regional manager Chris Eckstein above and beyond customer service ! During this time speaking with him and this store employees I feel like I’m more than just a “ Customer “ . During my time talking with Chris he was very knowledgeable and respectful about my concerns and or what was going on . He made me feel as I’ve known him . When speaking with the store employees they’ve clearly been not only taking notes but also listening . That lets me know my they were paying attention throughout this year and I couldn’t be more appreciative. If I asked my opinion I would say Chris is getting these stores back to Aaron‘s original core values !

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
