The repair guy came didnt fix it scheduled another appointment and then had an emergency and canceled. That was over a month ago now. I bet if I could withhold payment I would have a new couch by now. They refuse to replace it with the same model that's still listed online. And apparently only have the 1 repair guy.

Word of advice to the employees under him, many people understand that you have to do things by the book as an employee but no one said you couldn't be human. Sometimes you have to use better judgements than what the employee handbook tells you(just make sure your running it by the appropriate people i.e managers/supervisors ect) because if you do, you'll make better experiences for the customer so they'll return(and send people your way) and better experiences for yourselves where you to can get a great review like Derek😉( all in all follow Derek he'll show you how its done right) So Derek keep up the good work, from my family to you, we Thank you so much for your help in rectifying our situation You Rock!😇

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?
After completing your order, we will send you a confirmation email titled "Aaron's Order Confirmation". At the top of that email is a blue "Track Order" button. If you have additional questions, please contact us at 1-888-333-3785.
Will Aaron’s move my merchandise?
Yes! While you are leasing from Aaron’s we will move your merchandise for you provided you are moving within 15 miles of your current residence.

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
