- BGBrenda Guilkey-JordanApr 28, 20201.0A family member rented washer/dryer days ago but they had none at this store..so it's been a wait. I understand things have to be different and all but...!!! Saturday Aaron's called her to change the original time of delivery Monday but the employee hadn't changed it on their end and Aaron's arrived a couple hours earlier than they said..wouldn't leave merchandise because niece had to show ID and she assumed it was ok to go pick up groceries as long as she was back before 3..after coming home she talked to them again and explained they had called her the other day and they had changed the time to 3. Aaron's came back later on and left note on door..she was home but they did not knock very loud because she would have heard them..Another conversation and Aaron's said her washer/dryer would definitely be there last night ..9 p.m. she was sitting outside still waiting!..nothing!! It's now the following day..after 11 a.m. and still nothing!..I know it's a trying time but this is ridiculous! I hear they're on their way!!..one can only hope!!!!

I ran into some finical issues when my grandmother passed and I was suddenly given an extra child and Amy always worked with me so I could keep my items! I will always recommend this store. It’s clean and when you walk in you are treated like family!

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

Will Aaron’s move my merchandise?
Yes! While you are leasing from Aaron’s we will move your merchandise for you provided you are moving within 15 miles of your current residence.

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
