  I want to give this a 5 star as the interaction in store was great, however upon delivery of my fridge the delivery driver's didn't reinstall the doors to the fridge properly and closing the fridge door damaged the mullion on the French door fridge. I ended up having to re-adjust the door hinges to make sure the mullion didn't hit the other door, but now I have a seal that has damage on it.

  This is now the second item I have purchased from them that does not work. Then we have to uninstall and take all the way back for a refund. Not worth it at all. Management does not care. I wouldn’t waste my time or effort to “try” to save.

  We were lucky. Went in find what we wanted Bosch dishwasher benchmark. New, no dents, 30 % off. Wonderful customer service in store and at the cashier. Sorry, I did not get the names of the 2 young men that helped us.

  DO NOT BUY LAWNMOWER AT LOWE'S OUTLET AT GUYAHOGA FALLS ! BOUGHT A LAWNMOWER - DOSNT WORK! TRY TO RETURN IT OR EXCHANGE IT FOR THE SAME ONE , AND I WAS TOLD 'NO'. ALL THIS TRANSACTION HAPPENED WITHIN 24 HRS. LOWE'S OUTLET ' STOLED' $ 149.00 ! IAM DISCOURAGING EVERYBODY FROM SHOPPING AT LOWE'S OUTLET! DONT DO IT! AND THE ONE STAR I PRESSED ...WAS AN ACCIDENT!!

  Do your research while you are in the store. Every appliance I searched up was 2-400$ more expensive here than Homedepot, the LG store and even regular Lowes. I researched 4 or 5 stoves here and realized they reduce price is based off of original pricing of the units not current pricing of them. Spent an hour driving here only to leave mad after 20 minutes in the store. How can you have a stove at 1199 when the company selling it has it listed for 799$. This is not an exaggeration. For instance I bought a floor model fridge from a regular lowes for 700$ originally priced at 8k. Nothing wrong with it. Do your research and dont waste your time.
