  I had an amazing experience here! Got the help I wanted/needed…got treated with respect and the employee was knowledgeable and well spoken! Just an overall wonder experience! We (my wife and I) found the perfect refrigerator (WE LOVE IT) and got a much better deal than we found anywhere else! Love this place and plan to come back for our washer and dryer combo asap! Keep being awesome Lowe’s!

  So I went to a couple places and decided to drive to Akron to see what they had to offer . First of all I was blown away by the customer service given to me and the hello at the door. Every person looked genuinely happy to help me, on a Sunday, near close. Originally I had a question, John helped answered questions, he was on his way elsewhere, and promised to send someone... Sean came within such a short time and helped us with more questions. Made my way to pay and the assistance of Ashlee and Caleb on my way out was great. All around a experience that I will gladly share. Thank you all. See you again!

  Staff was very helpful to find what I needed and also set me up with a plan to maintenance which seems to be critical for us when it comes to appliances.

  Cory was so helpful, he helped us locate everything we were interested in. He was knowledgeable, kind and patient. This was our 1st time here, we will be back. Thanks again Cory & team. We even signed up for a Lowes credit card.

  If you are in search of appliances I recommend you start here. Many appliances are 75% off there original price making things very affordable. Prices are not based off damage but the time the product has been in the store. Products start off at 25, then 50 then 75 percent off, being trashed if not sold by then. You will have to do your own research on products, staff do not know much about inventory or the appliances but they are the ones that did not get sold in the regular Lowe's store. Some are dented but there are a lot of products that have no damage.
