  We had pleasant experience. The gentleman (salesman) that helped us was named Jeff Davis. He was very knowledgeable about the recliner chair we purchased. Jeff was also very nice and easy to deal with. Overall we are very pleased.

  We had a wonderful experience at the La-Z-Boy store in Cuyahoga Store, Ohio, thanks to Kayla ! She is wonderful at her job. Always listening and as I noticed, when she was at our house, for the complimentary interior Design Service, she was not only very professional but quite observant too. She recommended her suggestions but was never pushy. always taking in account my choices in design & fabrics. We absolutely love Kayla !

  Good service, knowledgeable about different furniture styles and products. Matt was very thorough in his explanation of quote and bill/ delivery instructions. We appreciated the great pricing they had available while renovating our store.

  The virtual service call was on time and the person was courteous. Unfortunately he was not able to solve my issue. He is ordering additional parts to be shipped to me and then I have to schedule a service call. I have had a Laz-Boy electric recliner for 2 weeks. After 4 days the remote control stopped working. Initially they sent a new remote and still not working. Now with additional parts and a service call I will have had the recliner for 4-5 weeks and it has only worked for 4 days. I would be very cautious about spending $2500 on a product with issues immediately. Service has been a 4, quality of product for the price a 1..

  We were looking for a recliner and found two beautiful lamps. The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable about each product. We love the new lamps and would return for other furniture whenever needed. They stand behind what they sell. Stop by even though store is in renovations.
