  In the past we have had 8 Lazy Boy pieces of furniture and were highly satisfied. This last recliner we purchased for my husband, we find ourselves unsatisfied. It doesn't fit comfortable to him. We have contacted the store and explained our situation. They were very kind and told us a service repair person would be sent to our home to correct the situation. It has been two weeks and we are still waiting for the service person. I am hopeful they will come out soon or make an exchange for this recent purchase.

  Matt did a great job explaining the different choices we had for a recliner and showing us the craftsmanship that has made La-Z-Boy chairs the best.

  We had been to this La-Z-Boy store five years ago and at that time purchased a recliner and sofa with a recliner and a chase. They have worked out so well for us and stayed firm. When needing another sofa after moving, We decided to go back to La-Z-Boy for the quality of their merchandise Matt was excellent representation for us. He gave us time to look and figure out what we really wanted. He answered all the questions that we had and made purchasing our new sofa very easy for us.

  The manager and his salesperson were helpful, informative and presented zero sales pressure. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a recliner. I had never been into a Lay Z Boy previously, but will return when looking for our next living room set.

  Kayla and Matt were the best associates. Super knowledgeable, answered all our questions and when they figured out our original plan wasn’t going to work for our space they had an alternate and even better plan ready to show us. Super helpful and would go to them for any LZB needs. I think we have them a run for their money with all our questions and indecisiveness.
