They had to add a base to lift it up due to my being a disabled vet who needed a higher seat so i could get in and out of it. Scheduled for delivery for a five day schedule after purchasing it. Total time from walking and out while purchasing was a little less than two hours but could have been better if they had more sales people present.

For us our La-Z-Boys are functional not show pieces. We ended up with a pair of “marshmallow” leather recliners. We are working on breaking them in. I understand why they sell you new ones but they are softer in the store. We had the last set +20 years so these will be wonderful and they are getting a nice form after 60 days. The showroom was clean well lit, organized and spacious.
