- DBdawnmarie baisden4 days ago2.0This was sitting in the worst neighborhood. The girl in fabrics was nice but management kept calling her to help. She told them multiple times she had customers and was cutting fabric. We get up front and a very rude older woman was very bossy to other employees because they were short staffed. It was all unexceptable behavior for customers to see.

- JJJamie JohnsonMar 28, 20263.0First time at this location. No toilet paper or paper towels in restrooms. Had to use toilet seat covers to dry my hands. No warm water to wash hands. Had to go to multiple stalls to find one that had tp. None in family restroom. Someone had left a note on the handicap stall about there being no tp. I walked out and told the first employee I saw and he didn't even look at me. Acted like I didn't even exist. Bizarre! On top of that, this store is not as good as other hobby lobbies I've been to. I'm being nice with 3 stars.

- KBkayla briningJan 28, 20261.0They left up an old “Everything Labeled The Paper Studio 40% off” sign and when i asked the cashier about it she called over who i am assuming the manager and she called back to ask about the sign and the last over the radio said “i forget to take this one down” and the manager wanted to argue and be rude with me saying only where the sign is hung is where the sale is. MAKES ZERO SENSE! The sign literally says “EVERYTHING LABELED The Paper Studio 40% off” so instead of being nice in her conversation and offering a loyal customer who already spent nearly 2 hours in the store 40% off. She argued, walked away and i returned everything and left. Will not be going to this hobby lobby. Vvery rude customer service. On the other hand, Cheryl the cashier was very nice and respectful.
