I asked her a question about a butterfly craft and she just took me to a random aisle and then I proceeded to correct her and she had a nasty attitude. Like girl you are getting paid rn 💀💀
- AAAnonymous4 days ago4.04/8/26: Today was my first time in and there’s so many trinkets and things in this store! You could be there for hours looking around. The security guard was nice when I asked where I could locate the toddler cutting scissors. We grabbed several items that totaled shy of $30 after applicable sales.The cashier Julia was kind to my toddler and I at checkout. Unfortunately I did down vote because you have to watch the pricing. Some things seem marked up pretty high compared to their competitors nearby. Also they don’t have Apple Pay or tap to pay feature.

The cashier was curt and didn’t want to compete my purchase because it was in a security case. She said she couldn’t get it I said I had waited all this time and I would not leave until I received my item. She begrudgingly took her time getting my item. If they want things in Security cases they need to be near the checkout out and be accessible easily for the staff. They need to do better

The staff member in the fabric department (Karen) mentioned she having a difficult day due to long hours or a heavy workload, which could explain the inappropriate service I experienced. But after checking Google reviews, it seems this might be less of a “bad day” and more of a “signature style.” The consistency is impressive. On a positive note, the other staff members were nice and friendly. Perhaps the store could consider reducing her workload or providing additional support to improve the customer experience.
