We explained our specific spacial needs and he came up with a tailored solution that fit directly into our budget. He was able to offer us multiple payment options that ended up saving us money overall as well.
- GSGunar StoverMar 2, 20261.0AVOID AT ALL COST, predatory business practices. My rate started out at $75, NOT listed as a promotional rate, within a two months they sent me a letter (and only a letter) to double the rate to $150. After arguing, they dropped it to $100 - great, not happy but better. Come a few months later they do they same thing wanting $175 and then $200.... I had the unit for 6 months and in the back half I was paying $150. A doubled rate in just a few months. The letter they send out looks like junk mail, you cant opt in to receive it via email or online. Add the mandatory insurance to all this and heads up, you will pay way more than you signed up for. I've had other storage unit that did not follow these practices, I'd suggest Extra Space be avoid unless you dont care about money and getting taken advantage of. To the staff, it's nice the office is typically staffed to they will work with you on the rate increases but it feels very scheme-y to walk you up on price. And they'll say that they will contact you with details but I received zero followup. I'm happy to be done with this place.
