    I worked with Aaron to design our closets and my experience has not been good. We did the Elfa system and decided to redo our closets in the midst of a renovation. With our tight timeline I chose to go with the Container Store purely on timelines I was promised. I should have known not to trust the company when I was verbally quoted then sent a quote $8k higher. We had to work to bring the cost down on designs. We have had many delivery issues. The local company they work with wouldn’t deliver in the snow. They wanted me to shovel the entire road after getting 16 inch. Then some deliveries are through FedEx and they just didn’t come and I wasn’t allowed to pick up order per their company policy with FedEx. Our install was pushed out by a week and when they got here, we were missing all pieces to do the master closet, which was the one we needed the most. That was delayed weeks. I had to go to store to pick up temporary hanging racks. They installed a make shift solution since parts didn’t arrive. Then they same to install again and still didn’t have the parts. Now I’m being told they will come maybe a month after they were supposed to. Out of 5 closets in total only one was designed properly and installed in a timely fashion. We had to redesign 2 of the 5 closets and tweak a 3rd slightly. Those are still not fixed. The designer made it so parts of the closet were not accessible with our sliding closet doors. Overall, horrible experience. Still don’t have my closets done. No idea when they will be completed. For the price, not worth the quality or the support the company offers.

    Awful. Miss sold us on timeline for closets, designers messed up the design so when they were half installed they messed that up too. 14-21 day timeline now shifted to almost 3 months. Advised to avoid this store and go somewhere where they manage expectations appropriately.

    If I could give 0 I would I bought items a year ago they discontinued it and canceled them without me saying anything to me tried to give them another shot sent items to wrong address no refund no replacement no discounts on next purchase would not recommend terrible customer service hope whoever got my drop front shoe boxes enjoys them

    Typically always have a good experience here and the customer service is awesome. However, I got an acrylic bookstand and when I put a book on it the bookstand broke. Manager continued insinuating that it has been used from wear and tear. I told her numerous times that I just put a book on it. I asked her if the book stand had a weight limit because it wasn't labeled anywhere and she had no response. Not a good experience. Won't be back.
