Yet it couldn’t ship until almost a week after it was supposed to arrive. Second the customer service is a joke. One manager yelled at me then hung up. The next never even picked up the phone. Then I spent an hour with the general Lowe’s customer service person only to be told I needed a different department altogether I’ve now been on hold with the new number for 20 mins while they try to figure out the problem. I also asked the general customer service where my complaints would go and they said in a file. Aka - nowhere. Lowe’s is the worst. I will never shop there again.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
