    It was hard to find help and when I did find Rohit, he tried to pawn me off to someone else who rudely dismissed us and passed us to someone else who them gave us very quick very bad advice. I had to return the picture hooks he suggested and make a second trip. These days chatgpt is providing better advise then humans

    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Genuine Gem at Lowe’s – Terry Deserves All the Recognition! I don’t usually leave reviews, but my experience with Terry at the Lowe’s in Polaris, Columbus was so memorable it had to be shared. Terry went above and beyond what you’d expect from a typical store interaction. What started as a quick stop turned into one of those rare moments that just stick with you. While helping me out, Terry noticed my interest in the model cars they had on display—and instead of just brushing it off, he actually took the time to talk with me about them. We got into this great conversation about cars, and he even showed me some awesome photos of a McLaren he’d seen. For me, cars have always been a childhood comfort, something that brings me back to simpler, happier times. so that small gesture meant a lot more than he probably realized. Terry wasn’t just kind; he was genuinely interested, engaging, and just one of those people who make your day brighter. You can tell he cares about people, not just the job. In my opinion, Terry deserves a raise, recognition, and every bit of appreciation Lowe’s can give him. Employees like him are what make a company stand out. If you’re ever at the Polaris Lowe’s, ask for Terry you’ll see exactly what I mean.

    We purchased blinds from the Polaris location. The sales person was good at selling but hard to get hold of after that. Very hard to call that department, phone kept ringing many times and some of our emails did not receive a response. The installer was great both times when he came to measure and to install. Nice, professional, efficient. The entire process was not good. They use Pro Blinds for part of the process and Lowes for the other. We cancelled our initial measurement appt and promptly rescheduled. A day before they were to arrive I contacted them since I hadn't heard anything and that appt. was cancelled by someone, they couldn't tell who cancelled it or why. So everything was delayed. The coordination between Lowes and Pro Blinds was not seamless or efficient. So many texts and emails. We were asked to pay with little order info. I called and was told I should have also received a lot more info. which was subsequently sent so I knew the order was correct. Shame on Lowes for the whole process and for letting phones ring and ring and ring and doing nothing about it. There are too many other places to go so you don't have to put up with very poor customer service.

    I’ve had a love/hate relationship with Lowe’s over the years. However recently my experience has improved. It used to be that the app was never correct when it directed you to the location of an item In the store. Recently the app has been much more accurate. This makes me much more likely to shop here.
