First thing I been shopping with Lowe’s over 20 years and I will never be back me and my wife bought a fridge from Lowe’s they scratched it bringing it in and damaged my wall a very little damage and a small scratch I let it go but then the fridge didn’t work properly I called them within 12 hrs telling them it didn’t work after a week of being lied to and given the run around they told me they would replace it so I was like ok the guys came to take the old fridge out around 9 o’clock at night then they left my front door open and just left so I called and they told me that I wasn’t getting a fridge then I spoke with Lowe’s for like the 8th time that day again was lied too so of course all the food went bad then the next day I was told I would get a refund that day well that didn’t happen took almost 10 days to get my money back and then i didn’t even get it all back I had to call back in and they sent the rest and told me someone would be reaching out to me which they never did I went to Home Depot and bought a fridge and still to this day no call no offer to replace my food no nothing and there is a lot more to this story I just don’t want to keep typing also I have everything recorded so if they ever tried to say this didn’t happen I have proof just learn from my mistake and shop somewhere else because they will just lie right to your face

Update: I've called multiple times to Lowe's and I get a run around answer or either they hang up on me without replying. They say they will look into this matter but never do.
I purchased my countertops through Lowe’s, who outsources the material to Dal-Tile (the manufacturer) and the installation to KBR. The entire experience has been frustrating from start to finish.
After installation, the countertops had to be replaced due to a manufacturer defect. When KBR came to replace them, their crew removed all the plumbing and the kitchen sink strainer but never reinstalled anything or returned the strainer (which came brand new with the sink).
I reached out to Lowe’s, and they did absolutely nothing about it. They refused to take any responsibility or even acknowledge that it was their fault for hiring a company that clearly doesn’t stand behind their work. Lowe’s also never mentioned upfront that the countertop installation would be outsourced to another company.
Overall, it’s been a terrible experience — no accountability, poor communication, and disappointing service all around. Definitely would not recommend purchasing countertops from Lowe’s or working with Dal-Tile or KBR.
