Went in looking for one specific part, was told this isle or that isle. Checked 3 times in both isles. Nothing.
Asked a second person for help and the response I received, I couldn't help but laugh. "Im not familiar with that department, let me find someone to help you" then i proceed to stand there for over 10 minutes and it felt like all the associates were avoiding me. Not really convinced the people that work here would know what a drill is if you asked for one. Its something I was about to buy with a company card as well, but even with that being said, ill gladly drive out of my way from now on to go to Home Depot or Menards.

I recently ordered kitchen cabinets and part of the order was wrong when I picked it up. Only one person at the store - Alex Roseberry - is able to help fix this. Just one person. The manager relayed to me that Alex was on vacation and I would have to call this week to get help. I have called the store 7 times today. No one answers the phone in kitchen cabinets or customer service. In the time I have spent on the phone in phone tree hell, I could have just driven to the store. I will never order cabinets from Lowe's again. My issues with the cabinet quality will require a separate review.

As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
