After 10 minutes was told it would be a long time before they could even sell me something let alone test the water. I understand water damage is bad, but it hadn't rained in 12+ hours so the damage was done, I could have been helped. Their model of only a single person working any time i have been there doesn't seem to allow them to cope with volume of customers or unforeseen issues.
