They explained that it would go back to the shop for repairs and returned to us. The “repaired” chair was returned within a week. They did a great job fixing it. We are thrilled with the chairs! We did not feel rushed even though we changed our minds a few times. He seemed to really want us to be happy with out choice. We came in to buy a recliner and ended up with a swivel chair, a sofa and a recliner. He mentioned the store's free designer service, but we chose not to use it.
