The sales associate we worked with, Cooper, did a great job explaining their products along with providing customer insights on various models we looked at. Not your typical sales person in that he was very genuine and not at all pushy. We shopped around and found a La-Z-Boy sofa at another furniture store that had a better price. The sales associates in that furniture store were misinformed or dishonest about the La-Z-Boy policy. La-Z-Boy did in fact match their price, had a much cheaper delivery charge along with better warranties on specific parts. All in all a great experience!
