I was locked out of my garage, so I called and asked before they came out if they could just quickly pick the lock instead of replacing the whole thing for hundreds of dollars. They said no problem, then showed up and failed for over half an hour to pick the lock but a second technician showed up and had it open in a few minutes and I thought all was well and they requested $125 through Venmo to the technicians personal account and not to the company - huge red flag, but I was in so I thought nothing of it. Fast-forward to the next day, I find out my lock is no longer working after whatever the technicians did to get it open and I'm locked out again! I called six times asking for help and all I got were call center employees telling me that a technician would call me right away and to just hang on, after several hours I was never contacted and no one from from this company could help with the situation. Now a few days later after many phone calls and emails to their support team, I'm being told that they can't help me because "My order was booked through a third party". This company has call centers setup so that when you call "KeyMe Locksmiths" you're not actually connected directly to their company and they get to deny any wrongdoing and it just falls back to a call center in god knows where and they will do absolutely nothing to help you. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY THEY ARE ABSOLUTE FRAUDS AND SCAM ARTISTS!
