- KBkayla briningJan 28, 20261.0They left up an old “Everything Labeled The Paper Studio 40% off” sign and when i asked the cashier about it she called over who i am assuming the manager and she called back to ask about the sign and the last over the radio said “i forget to take this one down” and the manager wanted to argue and be rude with me saying only where the sign is hung is where the sale is. MAKES ZERO SENSE! The sign literally says “EVERYTHING LABELED The Paper Studio 40% off” so instead of being nice in her conversation and offering a loyal customer who already spent nearly 2 hours in the store 40% off. She argued, walked away and i returned everything and left. Will not be going to this hobby lobby. Vvery rude customer service. On the other hand, Cheryl the cashier was very nice and respectful.
