- BBBarbara3 days ago1.0Saturdays are crazy busy. Had to wait in line for 20 minutes to make a purchase. The cashier was curt and didn’t want to compete my purchase because it was in a security case. She said she couldn’t get it I said I had waited all this time and I would not leave until I received my item. She begrudgingly took her time getting my item. If they want things in Security cases they need to be near the checkout out and be accessible easily for the staff. They need to do better

The staff member in the fabric department (Karen) mentioned she having a difficult day due to long hours or a heavy workload, which could explain the inappropriate service I experienced. But after checking Google reviews, it seems this might be less of a “bad day” and more of a “signature style.” The consistency is impressive. On a positive note, the other staff members were nice and friendly. Perhaps the store could consider reducing her workload or providing additional support to improve the customer experience.
