To be specific, Karen in the fabric section. My friend and I were shopping for fabric for her to sew me a bag for Christmas, we took a little while to make the selections and when we were ready to check out, Karen was there. She has a nasty attitude, looked at us like we were stupid and was very impatient saying, “Well?! Who’s buying this? How much yard do you want, hello?” My friend continued to let her know we wanted 1 yard of each fabric, both being different blues. Karen went out of her way to give us dirty looks and as she was cutting the fabric she goes, “This doesn’t match at all.” I said, “Okay…” and she proceeded to roll her eyes and say, “Well I just thought I’d tell you, but whatever.” I didn’t ask for her opinion nor was it needed, but she felt the need to share. This wasn’t my friend’s first encounter with Karen, it was her third and apparently she has acted this way every single time. Management, please do something about this. There are several reviews referring to how rude her customer service is, maybe she should work in the storage room. Thank you.

We couldn’t find the safety gloves, so we asked an employee. She helped us right away and walked around almost the entire store with us until we found them. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Especially the cashier — she was very friendly and smiling. We were really happy with our experience. Highly recommended!
