I’ve complained of rodent droppings and was told to make sure I have insurance. I then asked why the change and they blamed corporate when I called corporate they said call the manager. Each time there had been an increase there is no warning. They said they sent a letter but you also send emails so why not communicate that way if that’s what the customer has stated they prefer but apparently they can’t do that
