He was professional, patient with my many questions, and went out of his way to help me find the perfect unit size for my needs. The facility is clean and secure, but it’s the top-tier customer service from Chase that really sets this place apart. Highly recommend!

The issue with the snow and lack of easy turn around does not out weigh the overall experience. So at this point I am very pleased with the experience and would recommend Extra Space Storage
