  I recently visited this laundromat in downtown and had a great experience! The place is big, clean, and well-maintained. They're open 24 hours and have both a manager and a security guard on site, which is really nice to see, especially for a downtown location. One of the best things about this place is that all washers and dryers are 50% off every day after 10pm — a great deal if you don't mind doing laundry late at night. They have a solid selection of washers in different sizes to fit your needs: 20 lb, 40 lb, 60 lb, and 80 lb machines, plus dryers in two sizes. Whether you're doing a small load or tackling a mountain of laundry, they've got you covered. You can pay using the Laundry Cat app or pick up a laundry card at the kiosk in the back. They also have a small vending machine and a seating area so you can sit back and relax while you wait. The manager, Qua, was super helpful and made my first visit easy and stress-free. I'd definitely recommend this spot!

  Great customer service and worker so friendly and helpful. She helped me with all my questions and what I didn't know she helped me. And there was a couple ladies that came in that was really rude and she handled herself very well. Ms. Jamie was out standing and kept her cool even in a bad situation and kept to her work. She was very helpful to me and the rest of the customers.

  I’ve been coming to this laundromat for over a year now. Never had a bad experience til today . The “worker” was rude and disrespectful. She told me if I was to load my washer she would turn the power off. So I packed up my clothes to leave ,as I was packing up my clothes she was making threats towards me . So I’ll never be visiting this location again.

  i didn’t to rate this location because i wasn't able to wash my cloths here. I pulled up around 8am and pulled into a handicap space i wasn't paying attention i was on a call, as i was sitting there the S.O came to my window just standing there when i rolled my window down about a quarter he told me to “move your in a handicap parking space do you have a handicap” i was so insulted because i am blind in one eye but i don't have a sticker i wanted to tell him i made a mistake. i was going to leave, but then i saw the lady that works there telling me to move in a nasty way i saw her though the side mirror so rolled down my window and told her “don't talk to me like that i’m moving “ she whipped out her phone like to call the police on me i told her to call the police i've done nothing wrong long story short i wasn't able to wash my cloths. The staff wasn’t very friendly i was asked to leave because i spoke up for myself she got mad because she got caught talking stuff and lied about it. i’m so sick of the dismiss attitude from people its really not cool you have a job to help the public not dictate the way we move and lie. For the BM i'm so use to yaw never protecting us BW take it how you want.

  LOVING the new manager and her team! I'm a night owl and my husband works 3rd shift, so used to love coming in at night, ESPECIALLY with 1/2 off machines! I quit coming about 6 months ago because the staff, at the time, just COMPLETELY let the store go to CRAP! Place was always filthy, bathrooms always out of order, and none of the machines were getting fixed. It also no longer felt safe at night because they didnt care about the addicts, aggressive homeless pandhandlers, and the bums harassing paying customers and just hanging out. I gave up and started going elsewhere. About 6 weeks ago, my husband talked me into going with him, and to say I was AMAZED at the transformation, is an understatement. Police presence was visible, BOTH bathrooms worked, only a handful of machines down, and the place was SPOTLESS! I have started going back at night since she's been there. She's let the neighborhood know, through action, that BS that was previously allowed there, is no longer tolerated. And because SHE cares and is hands on, so do her team members! GREAT JOB TO EVERYONE THERE!
