I called Brilliant Dry carpet care on a Sunday afternoon and Bill Karpe the owner showed up Monday morning to clean the carpet. He was prompt, professional, pleasant and did a great job. He felt one area might need a touch up if so call him and he would come back at no charge. He came back in one week free of charge for a touch up. He pays attention to detail and is very picky about his results. I would highly recommend him.
