    It's become way more expensive. I used to buy from here a great deal. I'll just do without, no big deal. Sorry but prices do not need to increase by 2 and 3 times bc of tariffs. Store's that increase this much are taking advantage of the political stuff to rip us off.

    Racist and Discriminatory Treatment amongst staff The entire staff tonight was unwillingly to assist when I requested help with finding a product, but ironically willing to follow me around the store. They did it under the guise of being “discreet” but I can tell when someone is following me. The cashier, by the name of JUDI, didn’t acknowledge me or greet me (as a paying customer who spent over $300 in this transaction alone) at all. Not a single word. What kind of customer service is this?! Very odd behavior. When I initially came up to the counter, she deliberately turned her head to look in the opposite direction — trying her very best to not acknowledge or even look at me. She then just began scanning my items, still without even saying a word. I finally broke the silence and asked her “do you normally not greet customers or just me”? I also think it’s purely comical that these cashiers have some of the lowest paid salaries known, but have the nerve to try and belittle & treat other people badly. Lol. This place is a joke and I be sure to contact the corporate office regarding this matter.

    It was huge way bigger then the one in Chillicothe ohio for sure. Kind of over priced on things though. I thought they were cheaper then other stores.

If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags.
