We're offering safe Alterations services for your convenience. During your in-store Alterations appointment, you can expect a safe environment where a mask is provided to you. Alterations employees will also be staying safe in both a mask and gloves. We'll take precautions such as increased sanitization in fitting rooms. If you had alterations being completed before our store closures and your completed garments are ready for pickup, we'll reach out to coordinate complimentary shipping of items directly to you. If safe Contactless Curbside Pickup is available at your store, you can choose to pick up completed garments via this method or have them shipped to you.

- LHLena HandyOct 9, 20241.0I booked an appointment ahead of time and waited nearly an hour before I finally went up to ask where the tailor was. Whoever I spoke to was very kind and got the tailor for me right away, but ironically, the tailor (Gregory J.) was the worst part of this experience. After waiting for so long, I’m blown away at how rude, disrespectful, and cold he was. Any questions I asked, he spoke to me like I was dumb for saying anything. Maybe he is a great tailor but I was so disappointed in my interaction with him, I requested to have any other tailor work on my dress than him. Hopefully I just caught him on a bad day (as we all have those); otherwise, I strongly advise going somewhere else.
