Went to this store on September 23 Saturday I was in the line over hour and told me that I live to far away but all the same time they travel different areas so they took me away got approved then today they cancelled everything out they are getting very racist at all locations

I purchased a dryer from Aaron's and loved it the prices are awesome. So when it was time for me to get a washer I was excited to go back to Aaron's. Their prices are amazing they work with you they help you questions you have. We just had ours delivered by Dre and Jr. And they are sweet kind helpful and amazing people and they help us out with everything that we needed help with. I will always recommend Aaron's.

Terrible terrible experiences! This people would do anything not to get your stuff deliver! I gave this people 3 chances and im over it with them! First time i went and bought a couple of furniture for my son's room clash and I was suppose to get it deliver, yea right I BY MYSELF JUST ONE GIRL alone had to go pick it up cause one of the co workers was sick and they couldn't deliver with just one guy... second experience I walked in with my mother in law to buy something, they closed the store at 7pm and we walked in at 6:40 well as soon as we walked in there the girl behind the counter top roll her eyes and whisper something to the guy next to her, anyways so past all the stuff my mother in law went and bought some stuff and the next day here I go and try one more time everything went good i guess but today the day of my delivery I get a call that they can't deliver it because my references and boss didn't give a call back, sure my boss and all my references kept calling all day, well they bring to.my attention that they change their line or something like that about two months ago, well how are we suppose to know if they didn't even bother to leave a message or anything and to top it off they have a terrible attitude to even speak , I ask if I can come in and just get my money back and surely big excuse "we can't refund over the weekend u have to come in monday", well let me tell u guys something aarons I'm a full-time worker and don't have time for this kind of stuff and when I say full time I mean mon-sun now I have to call in late to work Monday cause they can't refund over the weekend, how ridiculous is that for an excuse to my boss??? Very very disappointed I'm never ever steping foot near the place again.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
