- MHMarlon DeQawn HensonMay 3, 20192.0At the Eakin Road store there is an employee her name is Ashley she has the attitude from hell. I simply inquired about adding an item.. at which point ... Ashley went into I am a manager...I been in this business 5 years I know how it works!!!!.. she then added there was a woman who came in that ,that has been a long-time customer that has bought thousands and thousands of dollars worth of equipment she is a good customer but still has to go through the same protocol. That protocol is being told well you've already made a $200 bill!!!Her problem was she said I had already made a $200 monthly bill her high quality attitude and efficiency obviously did not include checking the facts..my bill was $136 a month she literally made me feel as if I wanted to make one payment and tell Aaron to come and get all of their stuff ..she was very nice nasty. Also I had been a loyal Aaron customer back in 2011 and she did not recognize any of that she treated me like I was some one performing a scam or some young person with no moral compass. She was very nasty !!!Ashley needs to recognition and attention! Ashley needs to show others she has power !!!!although she kept repeating she was a manager but someone else needed to approve anything that I may add on. I know my budget I am a 59 year old disabled person and I had been a loyal customer when I mentioned it to her she replied I guess I could look it sarcastically of course. supposedly the store manager spoke with her they seem to still take it rather lightly honestly when the terms of this Arrangement is paid in full I will never deal with Aaron's ever again I feel they do not respect loyal customers!!!! How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

Yes! While you are leasing from Aaron’s we will move your merchandise for you provided you are moving within 15 miles of your current residence.

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
