Honest, ethical, and trustworthy. Ben cares about his clients and is responsive to issues/needs. I've recommended him to family and friends who use him as well as me personally. They have yet to back down from any work or challenge I've presented them with. They have all the right equipment and people to handle anything. Very knowledgeable and respectful. Highly recommend.
