- BRBrian ReddenJan 30, 20261.0I don't think KeyMe deserves any stars. Terrible service starts at customer service from people that you can't understand. I explained my situation, I was handlling for my elderly father and they kept requesting a picure of the car. I told them I'm not near the car, my father wasn't near the car. I gave them the description, Make, Model, Color. I agreed to the price and heard nothing back from them. I set the appointment for 11:30am and sent my father heading 25 minutes toward the car. Next thing they do was call me and tell me they need the picture. My father, who is 87 years old and technology inept can't take the picture. NO OTHER LOCKSMITH REQUESTED A PICTURE. I even told them my father would have his drivers license and the title of the car as propf once they got there. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

- JDJessica DetersNov 12, 20251.0BUYER BEWARE! Do not use this machine!!!! Had 5 keys made from our only key. Got home and tested one key - it worked. That was a very expensive mistake. I didn’t think I had to test all of them! I had to hire a locksmith and wait a few hours for him to arrive after my new key not working. Then I tried the emergency hidden new key, and it didn’t work. Got my neighbor to bring over his new emergency back up key and IT DIDNT WORK EITHER! So the price of the keys I bought from here, and the $150 locksmith cost and the hours of waiting - I don’t think I can convey how pissed I am right now
