- EGEmma GrubbMar 24, 20261.0Love container store itself, but this staff and physical location have lots of problems. There is always an issue with order pick ups, as the customer you can never do things right. If you have more than one order, they will complain that you should’ve said you had two, when really they should be able to see it in their own system. Today I picked up a curbside order and almost walked in after waiting 15 minutes, only for the lady to come out and tell me “next time don’t pull up so far and you won’t be waiting”, mind you I didn’t say a word and I was still parked in view of their giant glass walls. These women always have something to say about how you could’ve helped them do their job better.
