- AHA. Hargis1 day ago1.0We asked for red mulch and the cashier rang us up for brown and we didn't notice until we were in line to have our truck loaded. We ordered 10 bags and just stayed with the brown due to we wud have to go inside and do a return and get back in line. We are older and my husband has worked all night and was tired. We also got a wheelbarrow. The boys that loaded everything just threw the bags in the truck without a care of stacking them so the wheelbarrow could fit to. We had to park out of the way and restack the mulch in order for the wheelbarrow to fit. I would usually give a good tip to the workers working their butts off, but they were not friendly and cud care less.

During my visit, I noticed 2 different younger female employees wearing what I would consider inappropriate work attire. 1 girl was wearing a see-through black mesh shirt that looked like lingerie with a red tank top underneath of it. The other girl was wearing sweat pants and a shirt that had her belly hanging out. And they had blue vests with them. If this is how they let their employees dress and represent their company, I'll gladly do all my project shopping at a different store or company. People don't want to see other people's body parts that should be covered while they're out shopping.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
