- TTTom5 days ago2.0We have been a customer of La-Z-Boy for 30 plus years. We picked out 2 more recliners, selected a fabric and started the sales agreement. All good to this point. The salesman then said there will be a delivery charge of $199.00 for the chairs.. I said that’s ok I’ll just pick them up when they come in. The salesman said that is not an option. You have to pay for the delivery. La-Z-Boy should pay for the cost of delivery since that is the only option available.

And the guy at the store didn’t want to own up to bad info. Kept telling me basically I wasn’t told what I was told and that everything is on track. I don’t like to be basically called a liar. And the excuses kept coming. Oh, I forgot to say the one day I called because I hadn’t heard from the manager and they really didn’t know where my furniture was. They was a Classic. Can’t really say anything else because after 10 weeks, I’m still waiting on my furniture and I have to wait at least another week.
