  Tyler was awesome. We were looking for desk chairs, but he told us that corporate won't let him carry them in the store, so he told us that Staples carries them and we bought a Laz Boy chair from them. He did give us a great deal on a clearance wooden office desk. I think Lazy Boy should stock desk chairs in their own stores so people can try them out prior to purchasing them.

  My sales rep, Joe, went over and above helping me pick out and order a recliner for my mother who is moving to assisted living. I appreciate that he was flexible with ordering and delivery. Very professional.

  Carl in the Colerain location was very helpful and answered all of our questions. We went back home and thought about it for a few weeks but returned to make a purchase. After visiting every furniture store around we decided to go with lay-z-boy. We are very happy with our recliners.

  We were pleased with our experience of purchasing two recliners and an end table, but were very unhappy with the delivery charges. Our sales associate, Carl, was helpful and very easy to work with. The price of the furniture was fair. But at the end of the transaction and while reviewing the bill of sale, we were informed of the delivery charge of $99 per item for a total of $299.99 (I know the math does not add up). We inquired about picking up the furniture and were informed that there would still be the $299.99 charge since it was coming from the warehouse. This is an unreasonable charge for the service. We recently purchased a bedroom suite from a different furniture store consisting of six large, heavy pieces of furniture and the total delivery charge was $129.99. We are unlikely to purchase anything further from Lazy-Boy.
