  TL;DR: Go to the store and take a nap; you won't regret the results. Best shopping experience I've had in years. I've never been so excited for a new mattress or really any furniture for our house. Curiousity didn't kill the cat; it removed my back pain. Erin and Ritchie are stellar people who care about helping others. Post by husband: On a Friday night, I took the kids to Kenwood mall as an escape while my wife hosted a ladies night. As we wandered the mall, we came upon the Tempur-Pedic store. I was suffering from a flare up of lower back pain from an old army injury and wearing a back brace. Curiosity got the best of me and we entered the store. Erin was working that evening and she was wonderful to speak with. She understood my need for a comfortable bed to alievate my back pain, as my current mattress is unforgiving and uncomfortable to sleep on. Over the course of 30-45minutes, the kids and I laid on different types mattresses and several bases that raise and lower the head/feel/lumbar. These are the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on. As soon as I laid down and adjusted the bed, my back Immediately started feeling better. I was elated that there was hope for quality sleep that would also mitigate further back pain. Erin was thorough with her descriptions, answered all our questions, and was engaging with my kids. Truly a wonderful person who believes in the product she represents. There was a Presidents day sale, so the mattress/base option was affordable with 0% financing for 48 months. I didn't purchase on the spot because I needed my wife to find a mattress for herself. Over the next few days, Erin reached out to provide links to the store, details on the prices, and expressed My wife had doubts about the comfort and quality of the mattresses, especially for the cost. When we returned to the store, Ritchie was working, which Erin had told me about. Ritchie is also a terrific person who made us all feel comfortable, valued, and cared about during our visit. He encouraged my wife to lay down on the mattress Erin had priced out for me. As my wife laid down on the mattress, any doubts about the quality, comfort, and purchase visibly melted off and was replaced by comfort, contentment, relaxation, and peace. She spent about 30min laying on different mattresses while Ritchie explained about the different types and styles. In the end, we purchased a split king with Ergo base. The price was great considering we won't need another bed for 20-30 years. I'll also save money with less medical bills for my back. Go to the store and take a nap. You won't regret the results.

  Erin was wonderful to work with. She introduced different models, then gave us space to test out different mattresses. She listened to our needs and was able to fulfill them. I would highly recommend visiting the Tempur-pedic store to test out mattresses before buying.

  Starting with Erin, the team at Tempur-Pedic in Kenwood—which also included Steven and Ritchie—was super helpful and patient with all our questions. Buying a new bed is fraught with all kinds of decisions, but they made it as easy as possible and were very knowledgeable about the various models. And because they all personally have Tempur-Pedic beds, we could trust their expertise beyond "book knowledge." It's genuine, lived experience. I highly recommend Erin and anyone on her team.
