- DSDale SmithMar 10, 20261.0I visited this location today to pick up some odds and ends for a project I have. During my visit, I noticed 2 different younger female employees wearing what I would consider inappropriate work attire. 1 girl was wearing a see-through black mesh shirt that looked like lingerie with a red tank top underneath of it. The other girl was wearing sweat pants and a shirt that had her belly hanging out. And they had blue vests with them. If this is how they let their employees dress and represent their company, I'll gladly do all my project shopping at a different store or company. People don't want to see other people's body parts that should be covered while they're out shopping.

Moriah Dr, Cincinnati, OH 45245 location of Lowe's from two managers Lowe's should do more than offer broad, ambiguous statements to the customer. How about ensuring and stating to the customer that we don't accept employees getting irate, yelling, verbally and physically getting aggressive or intimidating customers, nor do we allow them to demean customers and speak to them as less than human. Unfortunately that was my experience at this Lowe's and Lowe's will not tell me of any actions that they have taken except that they documented the incident and sorry I had a bad experience. It was more then a bad a experience. It was traumatic and even though I asked I didn't hear anything about giving employees more training on how to interact with customers, deescalate situations, or how Lowe's would prevent this from happening to anyone else. The only reason why the incident didn't get worse then it was is due to me, the customer. Because I was a rational, decent human being, and refused to act like the two Lowe's managers, even as they both tried to incite me. I've reached out multiple times to Lowes and heard the same ambiguous, ridiculous, insulting and unhelpful responses from everyone I spoke to. The one person that seems like she was looking into the problem no longer works in that department, which I find very odd, her not working in that department anymore was very abrupt, and her replacement gave me all the same corporate BS responses the rest did.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
