I have a local construction company for 16 years and they consistently remind me why I end up at Home Depot daily and not shopping with them. Veronica at customer service is the manager that most recently reminded me why. You’d think they would want a daily construction companies business but they were not help in keeping our business

Great store, great people, great services, and great experience! Especially, plumber Randy Stover, who was fantastic, very genius, incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and very professional, helped me find correct hoses, tees, adaptors etc. with great patience and professional! I have never ever had such wonderful experience in any other stores! I highly recommend Randy and this Lowe's to anyone looking for plumbing and so!

Do all of your shopping at Home Depot. Bought framing wood and tried to return it without a receipt for store credit, they denied us as this process was stopped two years ago that is absolutely ridiculous. Customer service with the amount of money that Lowe’s has in the amount of business we’ve given you guys that is how we got treated. I will never shop at Lowe’s again, and I will tell everyone in the world how bad we were treated.

The Mount Mariah road Lowes will not stand behind purchases made through there store. Bought a brand new refrigerator 2 weeks ago it quit working completely. Lowes response is to bad, we can't help you, call the manufacturer. What a joke of a store. New I should of went to Home Depot. I was forced to give it 1 star

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase.
