I was just at the Norwood Lowe’s today around 3 pm. Ryan was very helpful in the garden section when he saw us loaded down with 15 bags of mulch and other supplies. He asked us to let him know when we were checking out and said he’d be happy to help load our vehicle.
Once we checked out and they called for someone, he showed up ready to take care of us with a smile. He managed to Tetris 15 bags of mulch plus other supplies into our vehicle like it was nothing. We were very happy with our experience with Ryan, specifically. Thanks!

I go here A LOT. People that work here are very kind and helpful, very few issues with that area. Return counter is excellent too - they are all working a tough desk with customer service and all - and they all manage to be very kind. Jayden especially has been very helpful and kind/respectful - as I go to this counter a lot too. :-)

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
