I've been coming to this Lowe's for the Kids Workshop for the last 10 months and they ALWAYS have Kits left over because Kids never come. Now all of a sudden it's a pack house on the wrong Day that Y'all changed and didn't tell Anyone. Yeah right!! The Lies. Instead she asked if We wanted a water bottle. #lol You talking about the same water bottle We got a month ago that leaks everywhere?? No Ma'am. I guess for December we are going to register at another location because the People at this location is total LIARS!! I hope the real Person who host this location Ms. June gets well soon and can host again because She wouldn't had Never pulled this little stunt that they pulled for November.

First of all the contractor they sent was very unprofessional .TLC Construction LLC out of Walton Ky. If they send this company to your home run and hide!!! Had small issues after the fact but once he was paid I couldn't get them back to fix it. I had to fix it myself. I wouldn't recommend Lowes for any of your install project. I suggest using local contractors and get several quotes. I've going to Lowes for at least 20 years and I am very disappointed in there customer service

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
