- YAYared Amenu3 days ago2.0I was there yesterday to return two items I did talk with the girl customer service and after she tried to check the item she told me to scan my card. I tried five of Car my card. To check which card I paid by the time I purchased I told her I paid with cash because if I'm not checking if I'm checking for five of my card, it's not there that means I told her I purchase I paid with the cash she say she cannot return and I told her to call Manager or supervisor and one of the guy he come up his name is Aron whatever he supervisor or manager, he did talk to me and he treat me like aggressively. He cannot three times something something and after that OK the reason I'm to call you I have to talk to a manager or supervisor. That's the reason so you are Aron . I did talk to you before I put on your website. That's why all I need so I just left when I left as soon as I turned around they laughing together the girl and the supervisor think about how you feel it they laughing two three times . I was in a store to pick up something, but I was disappointed and leave the Store. Think about how you fell the employee and the supervisor, there is no difference. They just treat you the same thing the same way it's very sad disappointed experience really sorry for the business.its bad .

Finally talked to manager Justin and got the impression that customer service wasn’t a priority. Very disappointing as we used to really like this location.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
