Customer service is alright. Mike the manager I believe, is very unhelpful, you could tell he did not want to help me get a Christmas tree despite being pointed to get help from him. I went to get a cart as I did not know where they were and when I got back he was gone from the vicinity. Connie on the other hand AMAZING service and you can tell she loves her job and takes the customer relations part of her job very serious.

I purchased all of my kitchen and laundry appliances at the Green Township Lowes. It took me approximately four to five trips to the store to make these purchases happen and each time the service has been fair and thorough. I really wish I could remember the name of the one gentleman who works in appliances, but as of now, I can't remember his name. I will come back to edit this post later and add his name. In any event, my customer service experience at this particular Lowes was very high quality. I also felt that the installation was high quality as well. Although, on the other hand, the installers can be a bit nit-picky. If the installation space is not 110% perfect, then they won't install, but I guess from their perspective, it has to be that way with respect to liability. If installers have to come back for a second time, which happened twice for me, Lowes is VERY fair with how they treat such situations and there is no additional cost. In my experience, in the battle between Lowes and Home Depot, Lowes wins hands-down by a mile.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
