  Vince was very accommodating when I first visited on Friday. Returned on Saturday to purchase, even though Vince was busy with other customers his manager assisted me answering all my questions and finalizing the transaction in a very pleasant manner.

  My husband and I went looking for two recliners. Paulette at the Eastgate Cincinnati Store was excellent in showing us choices and giving pros and cons of each. The entire process was quick and easy.

  I am a returning La-Z-boy customer and would highly recommend. We were looking to replace our sectional that we purchased years ago from La-Z-boy. Justin, the sales associate was very helpful, answered all our questions and was knowledgeable about the products. Best of all there was no pressure. We look forward to receiving our new sectional and the quality that we know from La-Z-boy.

  I have had a wonderful experience with Lazyboy so far! Vince came to my home & went over the details of my " placement" & he took pics of how everything would look. When I went to the store on Friday he had a " virtual image" of how everything will look when the furniture will come. I'm getting some of the things in segments. I want to pay for the first things off on my credit card before I get the last few things. He has been a pleasure to work with. I'm so glad I came to Lazyboy! I was looking @ Lovesac before I came to Lazyboy. I wasn't happy with the quality of their product. I realized that pretty quickly! Their prices weren't that great either for the quality of their product. I can't add photos cuz I don't have anything yet! We just ordered a sofa & a loveseat!

  I am writing this review due to the warranty company La-Z-Boy set us up with when we purchased our couch. The couch was more than 5,000$ and we decided to be safe and get a full pet protection warranty. The salesmen at the store said "you could sit on the couch with a screw driver in your pocket and they'll replace the cushion, and if the cushion isn't in the right color, they'll replace the whole couch", so we moved forward with the purchase of the couch and warranty. We had to use the warranty in 2022 and did get a new couch with ServeCo. We obtained the same warranty through La-Z-Boy with ServeCo again in 2022 and this year our dogs scratched up the cushions way worse than the first warranty claim. I submitted a new claim with ServeCo, expecting the same service, and was greatly disappointed. Rather than replace the couch as before- they sent couch cushion tops in the mail and said they would send out a seamstress to chop off the tops of my old couch and put the new ones on. Wild. But okay. Once I got the cushions I saw they were very much not the same color as the couch. I saw they only sent 4 of the 5 cushions. I asked them to send out the 5th as they said they would, and with the color discrepancy I asked them if they would send out at least the 6th cushion to make all of the seats the same color. They refused both requests. They said they did not have to match the color. The customer service from ServeCo has been terrible. Due to this experience- we will never purchase another item with La-Z-Boy. We have already talked one friend couple out of a La-Z-Boy purchase after they asked our opinions on couches. And we will tell everyone we can to never use ServeCo. I have placed BBB complaints too- as I hope to help others avoid this frustration and complete waste of money. La-Z-Boy furniture is not worth it if this is the warranty company they use. I have attached pictures- this is after the 3 cushions on the right were replaced with covers- the middle cushion is the one they refused to send out. The left long chaise they also refused- this was the 6th cushion I was referring to above.
