Later went to the kiosk at Krogers and my 17 year old grandson cut four of the same key and they all worked perfectly. I guess it could be just a hit or miss. Unfortunately, I needed the keys for my neighbors to have as I would be traveling the next morning, so I wasn’t able to return the unusable key to Home Depot for a refund.
